I started working at Granite Creek a few months ago and I have been blown away by the dedication that every staff member has to this building and it’s patients.

Even though I was clearly named as the legally responsible party (by court order - documents I sent them numerous times) they kept "losing" that information. It was next to impossible to get someone on the phone -- ever. Except for one brief telephone call that happened only because the nurse I hired to check on my sister insisted upon it, I had no other medical updates during my sister's 30 day stay. Also, without notifying me in advance, they converted my sister to "private pay" at $200+ per day when her Medicare , leading to a completely and utterly unauthorized $3,150 bill to pay upon her discharge. Not that I saw that bill right away.Because they kept losing my contact information, they were sending bills to my sister's former address and calling her long-disconnected cell number.

They also told me instead of taking care of patients they're sitting at the desk at the front of the building.
