Customer service is miserable, rude, and useless. The best information I received came from the third party delivery company itself. I wish I had their name so I could leave a rave review for their patience and kindness, unlike the disaster that is Home Depot. Ordered $6k flooring ..was sent 4 different runs which meant flooring would not snap in correctly. Day of install, price changed that I was not aware of, installation stopped while I paid extra charge which I specifically asked about prior to purchase and was told "no charge". Management did refund $200 of the extra charge ($535) but after $6k plus...$200 is not much.

On December 9th I received a email stating that I was 10 on the list. I would get updates showing that I was now 5 then I received on saying there was 1 ahead of me. I finally received a call saying that they would be delivering it in 30 minutes. I was waiting for them and received a email stating that - We couldn't complete your delivery!. When I called they said they would call me back as soon as they could figure out why it was delivered. I was told it might still be on the dock and didn't make it on the truck and that I would be given a call once they knew what happen and to reschedule the delivery.
Ive lost over $500 in meat They just keep brushing me off. Well now I've contacted BBB and my attorney. I've been soo upset I'm a single mom and I can't afford to just buy a new fridge. I explained it had been a year since we purchased the tile and could send pictures of installation and my records of all products we used.
