Home De-to sent out a replacement machine. This machine was scratched on the front but seemed to function so I accepted it. 2 months later it stored shaking and showed an error code F7E1. Maytag came out to service the machine and founf]d it... I usually shop at your competitor however your store is very close to my home. On November 28, 2022 I placed in store order for the above freezer. I was told that if the store delivered, there would be a 79.00 shipping charge. From the warehouse there would be free delivery. I was given a delivery date of December 9.

They damaged our properties and often repeated no shows. They use third-party co. or just some classless people they pulled from the street. These ppl were rude, trash talking and careless without any manner!!

We purchased 2 major appliances on Oct 31. Because of the weather they were not delivered until Nov 17th. I noticed there was a price change and chat online with customer services. Worse, when they removed the old carpet weeks ago that left exposed carpet tack strips in which I have to try and avoid. I must wear hard soled shoes or slippers at all times to avoid puncturing or cutting the soles of my feet. I took today off work and cleared a full fridge and waited from 3 -7 pm .

I am not sure how you attract a new customer but I am pretty sure this is not the way. I am in the retail world but would never give this kind of customer service. I am a manager for Bass Pro Shops and as a manager, I am always available. Probably will not return to support your company. I have been in contact with the local Home Depot store; the carpet installation contractors; the regional Home Depot office about this problem. I’ve filed a formal complaint with Home Depot.

On December 9th I received a email stating that I was 10 on the list. I would get updates showing that I was now 5 then I received on saying there was 1 ahead of me. I finally received a call saying that they would be delivering it in 30 minutes. I was waiting for them and received a email stating that - We couldn't complete your delivery!. When I called they said they would call me back as soon as they could figure out why it was delivered. I was told it might still be on the dock and didn't make it on the truck and that I would be given a call once they knew what happen and to reschedule the delivery.

When you go to Home Depot, and they do not want to give you a veteran discount . As a disabled veteran myself I am disappointed they will not honor the discount. Sometimes I do not have my phone and could not add the appt on my phone.

The carpet was reordered and set for installation today; however, it could not be installed because Home Depot did not order enough carpet - it was about 6 feet short. So the process must begin all over again, reordering, waiting for delivery, and being added to the over-burdened and over-extended installation schedule all over again. Based on previous experience about another 3-4 weeks IF all goes well, and even then it’ll be another 7-10 days to unpack my belongings.

They said oh you're right, but we don't do installation in your area so you'll need to get your own plumber. I called the local Omaha store on L Street to order a snow blower for my son but I live in Florida. They confirmed the blower would be shipped to their store and he could pick it up. Instead, they shipped the snow blower to FLORIDA.

The FedEx driver decided to drop off his deliveries into a common stairwell in one of the buildings and did not inform the apartment management. Needless to say, our order never made it to us. Got excellent service from Chris in Kelowna Home Depot to book a contractor for a shower install. 2nd contractor booked a date then called back to cancel 5 minutes later. The 3rd contractor Harding Services booked a date, never showed, never called. When asked why he didn't show he simply said "sorry couldn't make it, I can book again next week"... I had to travel an hr each way to meet the guy and never bothered to show. Totally unprofessional and no doubt will be another unemployed contractor once the market cools.

Not that I saw that bill right away.Because they kept losing my contact information, they were sending bills to my sister's former address and calling her long-disconnected cell number.
